The #UNameItChallenge is taking the internet by storm – just in time for Thanksgiving.
In case you missed it: The “beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes” part of Pastor Shirley Caesar’s “Hold My Mule” song was remixed over a hip beat and variations spread like wildfire. Today, the first lady of gospel took her talents to the Wendy Williams Show to share her thoughts on the viral hashtag, even performing a bit.
The interview comes a day after she debuted her #UNameIt online store where she’s selling a bunch of merch including cups, aprons, hoodies and more.
In the video below, Caesar revealed that parts of the proceeds will go to St. Jude and families who fell victim to Hurricane Matthew in Haiti.
